John has extensive experience working in outdoor adventure and the Further Education sector, specialising in vocational and apprenticeship training as an instructor, lecturer, manager, and end-point assessor. Outside of work, John loves spending time in the outdoors, engaging in activities such as mountain biking, paddling, and hillwalking.
